1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using justaBOT, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Responsibilities
Users are prohibited from:

Using vulgar language with the avatars. Doing so will result in the avatars revealing their AI nature and not engaging in proper conversation.
Any actions prohibited by OpenAI's ChatGPT guidelines.

3. Content Ownership
All content generated or shared by users within the app is owned by justaBOT. Users have the option to delete their account, which will result in the removal of their personal data but not their chat history.

4. Termination
User accounts may be terminated under the following circumstances:
- Intentional attempts to crash the app using bots or other automation.
- Harassment of other users.

5. Disputes
All disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the app will be resolved in a court located in Denver County.

6. Limitations of Liability
justaBOT is not responsible for the responses generated by the chatbots. These responses are produced using the OpenAI API. Any issues or concerns related to chatbot responses are the responsibility of OpenAI. Users agree not to hold justaBOT or its owners, liable for any damages or issues arising from chatbot interactions.

7. Updates
Users will be informed of any updates to the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy through in-app notifications.

8. Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denver, USA.
